- Yours to keep, for the version you bought, with 12 months of updates and email support.

- None. There is no licence key, no sign-in and no internet connection. Open the file and use it.
- Delivery
- You see your order number and download links as soon as you pay, and we email a copy.
- Refunds
- Within 14 days of buying. See the refund terms.
Pricing questions
Why a one-off price instead of a subscription?
The workbooks live on your computer and do not need a service behind them, so you pay once.
Is there a free trial?
No. The workbooks never connect to the internet, so there is nothing that could switch a trial off. Every sheet is shown on the Estimate and Risk pages, the guides take you through a first job, and you can ask us anything before you buy. The refund terms apply if it does not suit you.
What happens after the first 12 months?
You keep the workbooks and they keep working. Email support and updates are included for the first 12 months.
Can I use it for my clients?
A purchase covers one business. If you are an estimator or consultant who uses the workbooks for clients, email us and we will work something out.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of buying. See the refund page. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Which payment methods do you take?
Payment is handled by our checkout provider, which sends you a receipt. Straight afterwards you see your order number and download links, and we email a copy.
